การปฏิบัติธรรม...
เพื่อให้เข้าถึงพระรัตนตรัยภายใน
คืองานที่แท้จริงของเรา
และชาวโลกทั้งหลาย
ดูท่านั่งของเราเหมือนคนไม่ได้ทำการงานอะไรเลย แต่จริง ๆ แล้วกำลังทำงานที่แท้จริง งานที่ยิ่งใหญ่ คืองานขจัดกิเลสอาสวะ ขจัดศัตรูที่แท้จริงที่อยู่ภายใน เป็นสงครามภายในที่รบกับศัตรูที่แท้จริง เป็นสงครามภายในเพื่อสันติภาพภายนอก
ทุกขั้นตอนของสงครามภายใน ไม่มีการพลัดพราก ไม่มีเลือด ไม่มีน้ำตา ไม่มีความโศกเศร้าเสียใจ คับแค้นใจพร่ำพิไรรำพัน มีแต่ความสุข สดชื่น เบิกบาน ความรู้แจ้งเห็นจริง กำลังใจในการสร้างความดี ความรักปรารถนาดีต่อเพื่อนมนุษย์และสรรพสัตว์ทั้งหลายจะเกิดขึ้น
ดูเหมือนไม่ได้ทำอะไร คล้ายคนเกียจคร้าน แต่ชาวโลกเขาเคลื่อนไหว เขาคิด เขาพูด เขาทำ เขายืน เขาเดิน เขาวิ่ง ติดต่อโน่นนี่ คนโน้นคนนี้ ดูภายนอกเหมือนเขาขยันนะ ดูเขาทำอะไรตั้งเยอะแยะ แต่แล้วไม่ได้อะไร ตายไปจะเอาตัวรอดจากอบายภูมิได้หรือเปล่าก็ยังไม่รู้ สุขที่แท้จริงก็ไม่เคยเจอ ความจริงของชีวิตก็ไม่รู้จัก
งานของผู้รู้อย่างหนึ่ง งานของผู้ไม่รู้อีกอย่างหนึ่ง งานของผู้รู้มีความสุข ความสำเร็จ ความพ้นจากทุกข์เป็นผล แต่งานของผู้ไม่รู้อาจจะได้ทรัพย์มาบ้าง แต่ก็ได้มาเดี๋ยวก็ใช้ไป มีขึ้น มีลง มีได้ มีเสีย มีแรงกดดัน มีปัญหา มีหายนะ มีมรณะ มีวัฒนะบ้างสลับวนเวียนกันไป
ลูกทุกคนต้องหมั่นฝึกฝนอบรมใจ จะต้องหยุดใจให้ได้ หยุดไม่ได้อันตราย หยุดไม่ได้เราจะเข้าไปไม่ถึงพระรัตนตรัย แล้วเราจะไม่ได้ลิ้มรสความสุขที่แท้จริงเลย แม้เราจะเพรียกหา แสวงหา หรือโหยหาแค่ไหนก็ตาม ไม่มีวันรู้จัก เพราะว่าสุขที่แท้จริงที่ผู้รู้ทั้งหลายได้ไปสัมผัสมายืนยันเหมือนกันหมดว่า ต้องหยุดกับนิ่งอย่างเดียว
